Winning bidders will be notified by email and/or telephone and must arrange for payment of their purchases within 48 hours of said notification. Koi must be picked up or shipped within 7 days after the auction closes. nishikigoi.com will not be responsible for koi that are not picked up or shipped within this time frame.

Koi may be picked up at our physical location at 18615 80th Ave NE, Kenmore Washington USA, or can be shipped to the winner using Federal Express (direct to your door) or by Air Freight to the closest major airport. All freight charges are for the buyer's account.

Nishikigoi.com Guarantees Live Arrival on all koi shipments subject to the following conditions: In case of shipment via FEDEX, the buyer must be present at the shipping address to receive the shipment. In case of shipment via Air Freight, the buyer must pick up the shipment within 2 hours after arrival at the airport. Once the koi are introduced to water other than the water they were shipped in, the koi become responsibility of the buyer.

Koi are living animals. In the event that a koi becomes injured, ill or for any other reason unsalable during the course of an auction, nishikigoi.com reserves the right to withdraw that koi from the auction. In the event a koi is withdrawn from the auction, bidders will be notified.

Nishikigoi.com maintains a strict quarantine protocol, and strongly recommends that buyers quarantine all new purchases.

Nishikigoi.com cannot accept any returns on livestock due to our strict quarantine protocols.
